Oh man, my mom just called and told me that she called my dad and he told her that our F-drive (computer hard drive) is officially dead, and he will try his hardest to restore the information, but he is not sure if it'll work.

Two years of information. Two years of writings, two years of pictures, two years of my life! All of my web pages, my books, my codes, everything that I need to live is not there anymore... Just yesterday I was thinking how much I rely on technology. The only phone book I have is in my cell phone. If I accidently delete them, there's no way for me to get them back. Why am I jinxing everything?

I remember that about four years ago I had the same shock. I forgot the floppy disk inside the computer, and next time i restarted me it gave me an error message. I didn't quite know that it was because o fthe floppy dick, so I was freaking out like crazy.

No, really, why do I put so much trust into technology?
