This entry is for yesterday because I never got around to write it yesterday. Anyways.

I met new Russian girl, Alla. She came to Juneau just before New Years and yesterday was her first day at school. We have one class together, and so far it's been fun. She seems like a lot of fun, and she gets along with people that I get along with, so we have something in common. We hung out school for a while and then I tagged along with Joe leaving her alone. Although she didn't seem to be insulted because she saw me "eye"ing Joe.

At 6 pm I went to the party - Ashley's birthday. There were a lot of people (around 50) and barely anybody I knew. So I hung out with Meagan - my ex-boss' daughter and found out that the guy I had a crush on has a girlfriend of three days. I wasn't too upset, seeing as how he was only on the second place. But seeing as how Joe is on the first place, I should probably admit that I am pathetic and will never have a boyfriend.

Right after party we went to the dance. It sucked. There were like 70 people there altogether. And of course I didn't know anybody there. Except for Joe, but I've decided to stop "annoying" him and didn't try once to make him dance with me. (ok, ok, I've tried it once). After the dance I realized that I didn't know where my dad would pick me up, so I just stood outside with Joe for a couple of minutes. I was probably too hyper (after two bottles of diet coke, yeah right) so I told him I had something to tell him and I promised I'd call. Damn, now I have to call him, even though I realized how stupid the whole thing is. For once - he has a girlfriend. She lives out of town, but still. Two - he flirts with everybody. Three - he is not interested in me. Four - did I mention how not interested in me he is? Five - he is too popular to go out with anyone. Six - why do I like him???
